What does it mean to build a custom home? Initially your architect or our designer will play an important role to define your vision. Using sketches, plans, material selections, and interior design considerations you will develop your vision.
Once this work has been done it is Heritage’s job to fulfill your vision with integrity and quality. Heritage uses a four step process to turn your house into a home:
Education: During the building process we work with you so that you fully understand the benefits of direct construction techniques, material selections, technology, and design guidelines so that you can understand your choices.
Communication: Ten? Twenty? Try over one hundred – There are many choices and decisions that you must make during the construction process. Heritage’s project managers work with you onsite and through phone calls and emails to make sure you get the home you deserve.
Information: Providing specification sheets on items you choose or service reports on item you are considering – we consider that our responsibility. We treat building your house as if we are building our own home.
Service: Prompt response to your inquiries – quickly dealing with issues that occur during the construction process – and helping you get accustomed to your new home is important to you – and important to us.
It is the combination of these ingredients – design, craftsmanship, materials, relationships, processes and services that translate into the unmistakable look of a Heritage custom home. |

While it is important that every aspect of the construction process is performed with quality and care – it is the finish carpentry which is always noticed. Due to the importance that finish carpentry plays in the final outcome - Heritage employs its own finish carpenters. This is important in two important ways. The first important way is since our carpenters will be performing the finis carpentry themselves they take extra care in planning and framing your house being mindful of how their finish carpentry will be incorporated into your home. The second important way is that we can truly customize how you want that bookcase to look, or mantle to be built, as we can modify the design as we build. |
