Distinctive Renovations and Custom Homes
Blending Old With New

“We really love our new home. We can’t wait for you to finish our basement!” – S.P.

We work with homeowners that are looking to renovate, built an addition, or have us build them a custom home. During our first meeting we will work with your family to establish what your goals are concerning the project. We take those ideas and develop a preliminary plan and pricing to assist you to match your goals with your budget. Our goal is to build you a quality home that meets both your lifestyle and financial goals.

This map indicates the areas where we will build depending on the scope of the project.

Interesting in finding out if your location qualifies? – just drop as an email and we will let you know!

The Whitney House c. 1830
The ultimate test of a quality builder and designer is performing restorations and additions that appear to have been always part of the house. A 1970’s home with a new addition simply makes both parts of the home look out of place.

We say “You want to add an addition onto a 1970 house? – no problem – how about an 1830 house with a new addition?”

Heritage Builders is often asked to renovate and add on to homes – however nothing is more challenging than working with historic homes. Our goal is to make the final product appear that the addition was built with the original house.

The Whitney House was a project which required Heritage to relocate the existing house to a new foundation, fix the structural integrity of the balloon framing, plumb existing walls, and double the size of the home. A challenging project – but typical of the type of projects in which we excel.
